My x ray shows cervical spondylosis, straightened cervical curvature and para-spinal muscular spasm. Can you suggest me remedies for my giddiness and is it due to this x ray findings? When I walk, I usually feel the giddiness, more so, in the evenings.

    My problem is giddiness starts when I am sitting in one place for some time and there is no feeling of giddiness when I am walking or working. This problem started from last one year. Please advice me some remedies for this. My test result says “Loss of cervical curvature and appearances suggests para-spinal muscle spasm”.
