Home Remedies for Enlarged Uterus
- Get 2 cups of water and a teaspoon of thinly chopped ginger root. Put it under low fire for 10 to 15 minutes and allow it to cool down.
- Fill a glass bottle with warm water and place it over the abdomen. This will help to alleviate the pain brought by enlarged uterus.
- The application of cold compress is another enlarged uterus treatment.
- Drink plenty of fresh fruit juices particularly mango, pineapple, papaya, black grapes.
- Avoid drinking alcoholic drinks.
- Quit smoking.
- Exercise regularly or at least 30 minutes every day.
- Cut down on coffee and sugary foods and beverages since this will worsen the condition.
- Avoid eating red meat.
