  • Get 2 cups of water and a teaspoon of thinly chopped ginger root. Put it under low fire for 10 to 15 minutes and allow it to cool down.
    Separate the ginger from the water by straining it into a glass. Drink 2 to 3 times of this decoction in a day.
  • Fill a glass bottle with warm water and place it over the abdomen. This will help to alleviate the pain brought by enlarged uterus.
  • The application of cold compress is another enlarged uterus treatment.
  • Drink plenty of fresh fruit juices particularly mango, pineapple, papaya, black grapes.
  • Avoid drinking alcoholic drinks.
  • Quit smoking.
  • Exercise regularly or at least 30 minutes every day.
  • Cut down on coffee and sugary foods and beverages since this will worsen the condition.
  • Avoid eating red meat.
