There is not much that can be done especially if it is a sexually transmitted disease because it would require medical attention.   • Observe proper hygiene. Take a bath daily. Wash your genitals with the vaginal soap and water.
  • Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables.
  • Get enough sleep and rest
  • Eat food rich in antioxidants because it usually decreases the risk of an individual to acquire any other health condition.
  • Practice safe sex
  • If a sexually transmitted disease is suspected, avoid sexual intercourse and seek medical help as soon as possible. Bring with you your partner as well so you both can get the right treatment.
