If you are going to happy based on what other people tell you, you will have a difficult life. Being thin is a lot of fat people dream of. With age you will put on weight. Don’t try some stunts to put on weight abruptly, you will end up regretting.

      To gain weight, you have to eat more and frequently. You have to increase your calorie intake. You should include enough proteins in your diet. Protein increases the muscle mass and thus your weight gain. Only eating too much of fats, and fried food or diet rich with carbohydrate is not healthy way to gain weight. There should be substantial increase in muscle mass and that is achieved with intake of protein and exercising. Running, weight lifting, swimming will not only help in gaining weight but also tone your muscles and keep your body fit.
