To reduce tummy flab, you must do the following exercises:

  • The hot hands belly rub.
    Lie on your bed and rub your hands together for at least 30 seconds to create heat then rub your palms on your belly in a circular motion. Do this for at least 20 to 30 seconds. Rub your palms again when you feel the heat waning out then rub your palms again on your belly for at most, five minutes. Do this exercise once in the morning and once before bedtime. This exercise can reduce tummy flab effectively because the heat on your palm will burn your fat cells.
  • The hover.
    Place your hands directly under your shoulders and slowly lift your body placing your weight on your hands and arms. Slightly bend your arms to form a straight line. Focus your weight on your hands so you will your use your abs to hold yourself off the ground. Hold your weight up at least for 2o seconds.
  • The isometric abdomen squeeze. This isometric exercise is simply done by tightening up your abs and holding it for as long and as hard as you can. Release your breath then repeat the process. You can do this for 5 minutes every day until you reduce tummy flab. You can also do this while lying in bed or while sitting down.
