Overactive Sweat Glands
A few people tend to have more active sweat glands than other people. This could lead to extreme perspiration. The condition is called hyper-hidrosis. Excessive sweating invariably occurs in the armpit, palms, feet and groin.

Hyper-hidrosis is most commonly seen in the face, armpits and hands. Our body has about 2 to 4 million sweat glands; and these are chiefly located in the palms and arm pits.

The following home remedies are definitely effective in managing excessive sweating, especially about the armpits:
- Vinegar: intake of vinegar as well as local application of vinegar affords relief from undue sweating. Blend together 2 spoons of vinegar and 2 spoons of honey. Consume this blend 3 times everyday on an empty stomach. Results become evident within 10 days. Also, local application of white vinegar is useful. Soak a cotton swab in white vinegar and rub over the arm pits.
