The following home remedies are definitely effective in managing excessive sweating, especially about the armpits:

  • Vinegar: intake of vinegar as well as local application of vinegar affords relief from undue sweating.
Blend together 2 spoons of vinegar and 2 spoons of honey. Consume this blend 3 times everyday on an empty stomach. Results become evident within 10 days. Also, local application of white vinegar is useful. Soak a cotton swab in white vinegar and rub over the arm pits.
  • Tomato: consuming 1 glass of freshly made tomato juice every day for 10 days will be decidedly beneficial.
