Before beginning the treatment it is necessary to know the reason for such rashes to occur. Rashes on trunk and other parts of body can occur due to allergies. It can be due to food allergy, insect bite, dust and pollen allergy etc. Fungus infection, too much exposure to sunlight etc can also lead to rashes in some people. These two remedies are presumed to be the best:
      • Oatmeal bath: Take a cup of oatmeal and pour it in half filled bathtub. Now stay in the bathtub for 15 minutes. Take cool water bath to clean your body after that.
      • Apply Aloe vera gel as it alleviates itching and reduces inflammation rapidly.
      • Avoid eating particular type of food for sometime if you suspect it to be causing allergy.
