      1.Keep the itchy area cool and wet, try a compress soaked in ice water.
      2.An oat meal bath may relieve itching.
      3.Identify the allergen in food or in environment by elimination of each article one by one.
      4. cut nails short to prevent scratching.

    I had an itchy rash all over my body some time back which went away for a week and then came back. I have contacted the doctor and he said it wasn’t bad. It is starting to get very uncomfortable and I have eczema. Can you tell me what may be the cause and how can I get rid of it? How can I prevent it coming back?
