You have reached pubertal age, there will be some bodily changes occurring, black spots are hyper pigmentation of the skin i.e. excessive melanin pigments present in the particular area, specially face, hands and exposed area to the sunlight. Direct sunlight is the cause, as there are ultraviolet rays in sunlight.
Sunscreen can reduce the black spots, so avoid direct sunlight, use of umbrella is useful.
Use of lemon juice is helpful as it contains acid, which can peal the upper skin layer easily. Sliced onion can be rubbed over the black spots. If not removed they can at least lighten it.

Maybe the cause of the black spots since you did not state any might be you are having pimples and you just pinched or peeled before it needs to get peeled which leaves your face with black spots or likely it comes naturally. If you have pimples then you don’t have to pinch or peel. Use a clean towel soaked in warm water use it to clean your face with a good medicated or Antiseptic soap. Clean face twice a day. Apply a good cream with vitamin E and vitamin C. Also try natural remedies like lemon mixed with sliced tomato apply on face for 30 minutes. Wash off and repeat everyday.

I have a large sized wound spot on my right cheek. It is a very old spot and I want to remove that spot from my face. Should I undergo plastic surgery to remove the spot and would I need to take medications for a long period of time to heal the wound post surgery?

Apply juicy pulp of sugarcane plant. It contains natural form of alpha hydroxyl acid. Sugarcane also contains glycolic acid. Both are good for acne and blackheads removal. Sea clay used in mud packs and face masks helps in drawing impurities from deep within the pores. It leaves the skin clean, clear and detoxified. Apply paste of lemon and tomato juice on the nose. Both are effective in eradicating blackheads. To avoid pimples wash your face many times in a day, especially if it is sweaty. Drink at least 8 to 9 glasses of water in a day. Eat green vegetables and fruits as they contain lot of vitamins and mineral. Avoid alcohol, smoking, fatty food, junk food, candies and chips. Drink herbal tea as it contains antioxidants.

If the dark spot that you are having is since birth it is difficult to fade this spot. However, you can try this home remedies.
      • Rub lemon juice on the dark spot 5 minutes before bathing.
