There are several ways to make those age spots or brown marks on your face disappear.
- Prepare a mixture of ground mustard and milk and apply it on face before sleeping at night. Wash your face in the morning to see the result. Do this every day till the brown marks on face lighten or disappear.
- Buttermilk is also proven to lighten dark spots on face.
- Citrus fruits and tomatoes have natural bleaching properties. Pound an orange or tomato and mix it with aloe vera gel and apply the solution on the dark spot.
- Exfoliate your skin at least once a week with sugar crystals mixed with olive oil. Gently rub the crystals to your affected area to shed off the dark skin.
Above all, avoid exposing yourself, especially your face to direct sunlight. Avoid sun exposure between 10a.m. to 3p.m. If you must go out in the sun, be sure to apply sun block lotion for your skin protection.
