Chlamydia infection can also occur in oral cavity and anal region in women. The symptoms are pain in anal region, discharge, bleeding from rectum. It can develop due to receptive anal intercourse or the bacteria can spread from cervix and vagina due to close proximity and anatomical situation between anus and vagina in females.

In oral cavity the symptoms are similar as that in men.
