  • Ginger: Wash and peel a fresh ginger. Cut them into small cubes or slice them into thin pieces. Suck on them like you would on a candy. Do this for 2 to 3 days until your voice gets a little better.
  • Breathe in moist air from a hot shower or steam from a bowl of hot water.
  • Honey and lemon. Mix 2 tablespoons of honey with fresh lemon and drink it to cure laryngitis. Do this in the morning when you wake up and one in the evening before you sleep. It helps relieve the irritation.
  • Get some rest and enough sleep.
  • Your doctor may recommend some antibiotics.
