Plaque forms a sticky and colorless film on the teeth. Repeated formation of this plaque will result into tartar, which is hardened by the calcium and phosphorus salts in the saliva.

  • Brush your teeth regularly after meals. Use a brush with soft bristles, which can penetrate in the corner of teeth.
  • Salt is a great remedy for teeth problems and tartar on teeth. If mixed with baking soda and brushed on the teeth, it helps to remove the tartar on the teeth.
  • Vinegar, salt and water: rinse your mouth with mixing vinegar and salt in a glass of water. This helps to solve the problem faced by tartar in the teeth.
  • Strawberries are also wonderful whitener. Rub strawberry juice on the teeth. After 10 minutes rinse it with warm water and baking soda.
  • Chew sesame seeds slowly, and then brush the teeth with dry tooth brush. After some time your teeth will become white free of tartar.
