But if the symptoms you have are not experienced any time before, accompanied by sweat and giddiness than you should become cautious and consult your doctor.
Heart Attack Symptoms
Symptoms of heart attack include pain in the left side of the chest radiating to left hand, throat, jaws, severe perspiration and breathlessness, cyanosis, pale face. Sometimes there is vomiting and nausea. The chest pain is very severe.
