Diarrhea can give out several side effects such as abdominal cramps.   • Eat banana or fruits and vegetables that are rich in potassium because potassium is known to have natural properties that solidifies loose bowel. Stopping the diarrhea will also make the muscle cramps disappear.

  • Wash your hands properly and frequently to avoid contamination. Using alcohol or hand sanitizer is highly recommended when soap and water is not available.
