    I am a male of 24 years and I am facing soft fat body problem. If I increase my food intake a little, my body expands quickly.
    Nowadays I am only eating dinner. Thats why my waits is 34 inches; otherwise if I eat regular meals my waist size goes to 40 inches.
    I have soft body fat which I want to get rid of. What are my treatment options.

      Correct your diet schedule and your diet content if you want to stay below 34 inches waist size.
      Diet schedule should be smaller meals 5 times in a day instead of large dinner, it will decrease your satiety and hunger pangs.
      Diet content must be devoid of fats and fatty and oily foods, eat salads and vegetables in plenty.
      Of course exercise will never be out of the list. This will solve your soft body fat problem.

    No need for vigorous exercises n all, just eat the food you made at home (what so ever)
    Just avoid eating outside stuff with friends or family for 3 weeks, I lost 1.3 kg in 3 weeks, No need to avoid fats, just eat at home
