I have had stomach problems for the past 8 months and have lost over 50 lbs in that time frame. I have seen many doctors and a psychiatrist but no one can find out why and now they think that it is all in my head.
This is not IBS. I can hardly eat and I am so nauseous. I have been on every medicine imaginable for it. I have none stop severe abdominal pain, mucus in stool, blood in stool, severe fatigue, headaches, dizziness and memory loss.
It always feels like I am being bit by bugs all over and I even get bite marks but everyone thinks I am nuts about everything. I really need anyone’s advice or suggestions.

In the beginning I was suffering from constipation. I used to have bowel movements only two to three times in a week. Afterwards I had piles, but my bowel movements have become regular. But since few days, during every bowel movement, there is severe bleeding. The commode becomes red and bleeding still persists even after wiping the anus. Sometimes I feel like using a pad, I feel so embarrassed.

The symptoms which you are describing seem to be that of bleeding piles. However, there are many other reasons for bleeding from anus. Therefore you have to consult your doctor who will be able to diagnose the condition once he examines the area. In case if it piles you have to take following measures to prevent bleeding. Eat fiber containing foods as this will allow easy bowel movement. Avoid aggressive wiping. Avoid eating oily and spicy food for one or two weeks, instead eat completely bland food. Eat bananas, figs, buttermilk, Indian gooseberry etc. Also check your hemoglobin blood count. If it is too less your doctor may recommend supplements to increase your hemoglobin. In case if the condition worsens your doctor may recommend surgery.
