Jaw pain is often caused by stress. If you look in the mirror and open your jaw, does it open to the side? If so, then your muscles and joints are unbalanced. Cure is to get a mirror, draw a straight vertical line down the middle and then practice relaxing your jaw so that it opens in the midline. The Mirror feeds back to you when you do it right. See, stressed? Anxiety? Your Cure is in the Mirror.
