Chest pain in young ladies may be due to many causes, an angina pain refers to heart pain, although less common in young ladies, if suspected a thorough evaluation by a physician will relieve you from distress.
Depending on the cause of chest pain, a girl can avoid chest pain. For e.g. she may avoid lifting weight if it is the cause for sore chest muscles.
