- Clap talcum powder or cornstarch between your palms. You may also use medicated powders that are designed to prevent palms from being sweaty.
- Apply antiperspirant specifically for the arms and feet. Use aluminum-salt-based and unscented ones.
- Aluminum chloride paint can also be applied to the affected area.
- Consult your doctor because one of the causes of sweaty palm is an underlying disease.
