Do regular salt water gargling. Eat your dinner 2 hours before you sleep. Avoid spicy and oily food. Elevate your bed from the head side and sleep in reclined position so that the head and chest portion is slightly higher than your legs. This will prevent reflux to an extent. Avoid stress.
