Inner Ear Fluid Removal
- As part of your inner ear liquid treatment, tilt the head to the side for at least 5 minutes to allow the fluid to naturally drain and be pulled downward by gravity.
- You can also get rid of ear fluid by drying it up. Pour a few drops of alcohol into your ear and let it sit for 5 minutes then tilt your head sideward to drain the fluid.
- Another treatment for inner ear fluid that you can apply is through the use of cotton buds or cotton balls. Insert cotton ball into the ear and allow it to absorb the unwanted fluid. Stick the cotton ball or cotton bud into the ear for at least 5 minutes to ensure that all the fluid gets drained. Replace cotton as necessary.
- Earwax buildup can cause fluid to get trapped inside the ear. To prevent this, constantly clean your ears properly with cotton buds. You can also put a few drops of mineral oil or apply ear wax removal drops on your ear to dislodge earwax, making it easier for the fluid to drain.
