Constant Bloated Stomach: Extreme Stomach, Belly Bloating Home Remedy

When you are suffering from a constant bloated stomach, you might be wondering what is wrong with you. There are a number of reasons why a person may suffer from extreme stomach bloating, which usually occurs after eating. Some of these reasons include food intolerance or your stomach not agreeing with the food you just ate, drinking too many liquids that can dilute your stomach’s digestive enzymes, and even something as simple as eating too much during that particular meal.

Symptoms of Extreme and Constant Bloated Stomach

When you find yourself often suffering from a constant bloated stomach or from extreme belly bloating after every meal, you will need to first find out why to help yourself get the right kind of treatment.

While there are many different reasons for a bloated tummy, there are some common symptoms that are shared by all. These include wind pains, gurgling of your stomach after eating, bad breath, indigestion, stomach pains, constant burping, and flatulence. You may also experience some nausea and a feeling of tightness in your midsection.

Home Remedies and Treatments for a Constantly Bloated Stomach

When you experience a constant bloated stomach, you may need to find out why first before you can get proper treatment. If you are not on any medication, which can also result in an extremely bloated stomach after you ingest anything, you may want to check what you eat to see if there are items in your diet that make you bloat the way you do.

Some of the food you eat may have ingredients that can cause the bloating of your stomach, and these include food additives, colorants, and too much salt or sugar. You may also need to ingest supplements that will help with digestion like digestive enzymes and probiotics to help with problems concerning the lowering of your stomach’s HCL levels.

I have had constant bloating all my life however the older I get the worse it is to almost every day. I have tried changing my diet, I eat the same cereal every day and have now changed to Latose free milk, Monday by lunch I am fine, Tuesday I have Diarrhea twice before Lunch, Have no idea what to eat for lunch because I am in so much pain. In the past 2 months, I have had a number of people ask me how far along am I, for some days I look 4 months pregnant to 6 months pregnant, and then the two days later, I have a flatter stomach, but am still in pain. I was planning on having a baby but have changed my mind, because I don’t think I physically can carry one.
My lower back in on fire and I already feel like I’m carrying a basket ball, too much pain already let alone carry a child. I am lost and depressed, with my weight gain (from quitting smoking) and my constant bloating. I can’t afford fancy diets and can’t afford a gym membership nor do I think they will work; I have no energy and more. My hips lock, my knees crack, and I can’t walk for long because my lower back and neck hurt too much. I want my energy back, I want my life back, I want to be able to wear pants again, without having to bring an extra pair incase I bloat that day.
    Seriously Depressed and in pain!

I have also been experiencing the same problem of bloated stomach for years. I still have no idea what is wrong with me, but it is consistently getting worse. I am so depressed about it cause I am in constant pain and look pregnant. I have the worse gas imaginable, and it is embarrassing.

I have been to numerous holistic Doctors cause I can’t afford insurance for a colonoscopy. And no one can help me. I am a vegetarian and the only thing I have heard from spending hundreds of dollars is that I need to eat meat. I don’t see how that will help. All I know is this is getting worse and nothing is helping.

    Are you a vegetarian?

I completely understand and feel like I am the only one around our circle of friends with this problem. Been asked about pregnancy on so many occasions it’s sad really. After the birth of my second child. I thought I would change my diet and not to my normal weight loss routine (low fat eating) I cut out eating bread, pasta and potatoes and I had lost all the pregnancy weight gain (25 kg) in 6 weeks together with some walking on a treadmill. I was so surprised by seeing as how those 3 items affect me. I felt great because I didn’t feel bloated and began regularly going to the bathroom which was first the first time in my life. I then did some research on the net to find that my blood type (“o”) couldn’t digest wheat and pretty much eat gluten free, eat protein type foods and chemical free meat. So got a book called Eat Right for Your Blood Type and it’s fantastic. In Australia and maybe in other countries there’s is an iPhone Application created by the author of the book with the listing if foods u can eat for your blood type. It worked for me and it’s part of my lifestyle now and I feel better then I have my whole life! Hope this helps.
