      Cabbage is extremely useful vegetable as it contains many vitamins and minerals which are essential to the body. It also contains high fiber. Many times eating too much of fiber can lead to semisolid and loose stools more than once. It can also cause diarrhea in few. If that is the case one should limit intake of cabbage and substitute it with other vegetables. Besides, some people also suffer from gasses, flatulence and bloating of abdomen after eating cabbage. Cabbage in any form, whether raw or cooked can cause this problem.
