3 Day Detox Cleanse: Three Day Detox Diet Plan

The 3 detox diet is a specific menu plan that must be adhered to accurately. Portions must be consumed precisely as specified. Dieters should not over eat or under eat.

3 Day Detox Cleanse

Foods to be consumed while on the detox diet:

  • Aloe vera juice
  • Apple juice
  • Prune juice
  • Lemons
  • Fresh ginger tea
  • Flax seed oil
  • Raw apples
  • Dr. Christopher’s Lower Bowel Formula (optional)
  • Psyllium husk powder
  • Senna tea.

Three Day Detox Diet Plan

  • Drink about 14 ounces of prune juice, first thing in the morning. This stimulates the GI tract, peps up digestion and throws out toxic wastes. Choose organic prune juice, only, 100 % juice is useful for a colon cleanse.
  • Alternate apple juice with lemon water cleanse, at least 2 glasses each.
  • Ginger tea, about 100 ml daily is recommended as well.
  • Never drink fluids too quickly. This may cause nausea / could disturb the electrolyte balance. Space out the drinks suitably.
  • Consume 2 ounces of Aloe vera juice. It promotes intestinal health, prevents constipation and sluices built up wastes.
  • Consume 1 to 2 tablespoons of flax seed oil. This helps lubricate the bile ducts and facilitates removal of toxins.
  • To combat hunger, eat fresh apples as often as desired.
  • No other foods are advocated during the detox cleanse.
