  • Special consideration is to be taken when dealing with elderly individuals since their bones are more likely to be weak as compared to the younger ones.

    I have swelling in my left ankle and a little in the surrounding area. I have had this for a year and I my doctor has given me a diuretic tablet. Also, I watch my sodium intake carefully. I have Type 2 Diabetes.
