  • Caffeine wakes up the body, but it fails to tell the body when to take rest and stop moving, body needs rest and when it does not get proper rest it leads to drowsiness and sleepy.

In short if a person drinks too much coffee or caffeinated drinks, it may lead to iron deficiency anemia, vitamin deficiency and adrenal exhaustion, all these traits qualify to make you tired, drowsy and sleepy.
