Yeast Infections cures at home

  1. Miconazole and Clotrimazole medications can be used for mild infections. They are available in both cream and suppository form. But should be used strictly as per the instructions.
  2. Douching with yogurt is probably safe and may help with a yeast infection.

Preventing Yeast Infections

Practice careful personal hygiene, keep a record of antibiotic medications that you are on; vaginal sprays and other irritants should be avoided and wear loose fitting clothes.
