- Prescribed anti-hemolytic drugs
- Elevating the feet can also lessen and decrease the chances of bleeding.
- Drink plenty of fluids to prevent menorrhagia.
- Eat plenty of fruits and nutritious foods
- Avoid smoking as this can cause further complications
- Avoid consumption of alcoholic drinks.
- Avoid stressful activities as this can only aggravate and complicate the existing condition.
