- Pair of dumbbells

Method of doing the Bench press excercise:

  1. Lie flat on a bench, with your feet on the floor, one foot on each side of the bench.
  2. Keep your head, shoulders, back and butt firmly positioned on the bench.
  3. Roll your shoulders back and down so the shoulder blades are firmly pressed against the bench and the chest is sticking up with slightly arched.
  4. Keep the dumbbells about 18 inches apart and parallel to the floor with your palms facing upwards if the grip is wider the outer area of the chest is worked more.
  5. Slowly push the dumbbells straight up, away from your chest.
  6. Fully extend your arms so that the dumbbells are directly above your chest. Pause slightly at the top of the movement then slowly lower the dumbbells back down to the starting position.
  7. Inhale and hold your breath as you lower the dumbbells. When they reach the chest, begin to move the weight upward again.

Exhale as you pass the point of greatest resistance.

Remember!

  1. 8 to 12 lifts are considered a set. Do about 1 to 3 sets at a session.
  2. Do about 3 times per week, and let there be one day of rest between each time.
  3. Don’t forget to breathe.
  4. Each round should take approximately 7 seconds. (3 seconds to lift, pause for a second and 3 seconds to lower).
  5. To keep the shoulders from doing too much work, don’t allow them to come off the bench. They should remain flat on the bench throughout the exercise.

    How can I enhance my butt? I want a full rounder butt using home remedy.

    Also, Can you provide me with tips to increase breast size or some home remedies to improve breasts? i am trying the exercises suggested above, how long will I need to continue with these? I am glad that I found these natural breast enhancement tips as I am a strictly against any medications for these ‘beauty’ related enhancements. I need specific advice on how to increase breast size and at the same time make sure that breasts do not sag later - keeping breasts firm also is something all of us want - even if we stop the exercises.

    Hi Mary - You will need to exercise, if you are not already doing it. here are a few things that may work for you. Check with your doctor if its ok to go ahead with these exercises before you start.
    1. SQUAT: stand with feet apart, parallel to your shoulders. Go to a sitting position, like you would sit on a chair, stretch only as much as you can - do not over do it. Use your heels to balance yourself. You can slowly increase as you get used to it. Maintain this position for a few seconds (2-5 maybe) - and the slowly get back to your standing position. Do this say about 10-20 times - limited by how much your body can take. You can just do a couple of squats to start with and slowly increase. Really depends on what physical condition your body is in. Do this 5-6 times a week.
    2. Hiking, Steps, Biking: These three not only help you lose those extra calories but will also help you shape your buttocks. with ’steps’, just step up and down on your heel (not your toes) - and repeat the steps for 20-30 times. Take a break of a few minutes and repeat. Doing this for 5 stretches, 3-4 times a week may help you get a great butt!

    About your question on breast enhancement tips, i think the article above lists a good deal of exercises and diet. I think exercising regularly will help you stay fit - which is a side advantage while doing your exercises for improving and enhancing your breast size and shape. Natural Breast Enlargement has been a fairly popular topic for a long time. Some even opt for breast implants or surgery to get that extra look - but i personally would not recommend it.

    I am looking for some advice to increase my breast size naturally. I have size 30. I am 25 years working female. I have tried several yoga exercises to get larger firmer breast - but they have not worked really. Are there any medications i can use to increase my breast size? My target is to reach breast size 32. I will start with the bench press, dumb bells and the arms swinging exercise and see if they help my breasts in any way. I would want to avoid using any medicines to enhance my breasts. Anything else you can suggest to get a little more for making my breasts increase naturally in size? Thanks.

    Here is something I know about increasing breast size. I have not tried them, but heard my friends that they could help you get an attractive bust.
    1. There are some breast pumps and vacuum systems available that help you shape your breasts and also increase the size. There is no surgery or breast implants involved in the process. Just that some may find this breast beautification procedure a tad too inconvenient.
    2. Enhancing your breast size and shape with a breast massage: some women may swear by this mode of bust enhancement. The massage conducted by experts is applied with some lotions and breast creams. There are mixed reports about the effectiveness of this mode of breast enlargement, but no harm trying it.
    3. There are a number of “herbal breast enhancers” available in the market. They all make tall claims about shaping your breasts naturally without any side effects. I don’t have any personal experience with these products. They claim that the herbs contains compounds that stimulate mammary tissue growth. Most of these products also insist that you will have to use them for at least 6 months to see some increase in your breast size - and of course that “individual results vary” :)

    Its me again. I have tried and tested some of the natural ways of increasing breast size. None of them really worked well for me. The good thing is I have not tried any surgery nor any drug to enhancing my bust. i am going to keep trying various home remedies to increase my breast size and will surely keep all you folks posted. i really love the way people share their experience in this very sensitive area for women which helps us grow more in confidence.
