Question: I am 22yrs old with small sized breast which are far apart. Would exercises and massages increase breast size?

Answer:

The anatomy of the female breast is complex. The breast comprises of fat cells and tissues, fibrous tissue and glandular cells with their ducts.

The breasts are supported by the pectoral zone. This zone includes the 2 pectoral muscles – pectoralis major and pectoralis minor.

After the age of 18 years, breast enhancement is done only by toning up these muscles, because hormones for the growth and development of the bust function only up to age – 18years.

But do not be disheartened. Toning up breast muscles helps:

  • Stimulate blood circulation to the breasts
  • Increase the volume of the bust
  • 1 cup size increment is seen

Exercises to tone breast muscles:

  • Kneeling dip:

Kneel on to the floor. Lower the upper part of the body in such a way that the head comes close to the thighs. A forceful pressure develops in the chest.

  • Swerves:

Sit erect on a chair. Place the palms on the hips. Then, turn the entire body, as much as possible to the left. Hold. Then return to the initial position.

Next, turn to the right and hold. This technique, tones up the under arm area and the sides of the breasts, resulting in enlarged breasts.
