Flat Stomach Remedies:
Due to today hectic lifestyle, sedentary working and irregular and unhealthy eating habits there are many people who become overweight unknowingly and first area where there is saturation of fats is lower abdomen. Getting paunch is a sign of too much of body fat is being stored. People who are obese have fats stored all over the body; mostly as regular fat cells. In obese it is also stored in their muscle tissues also.

- Regular bowel movements are important. Reduce salt intake.
- To whatever degree you can, avoid stress, tension and time schedules.
- Avoid all refined, fried, fatty or canned foods. Do not use carbonated drinks or alcohol. Do not use caffeine or tobacco. Both constrict your blood vessels and make the cellulite more prominent.Drink plenty of water. Eat plenty of fruits and raw vegetables.
Here is all in one food drink which, because it is so nourishing, can help you lose weight- if you will let it be your only nourishment at a meal. Take one cup rice milk, one cup soy milk, one cup fruit juice (apple, orange or other), one banana, four fresh strawberries (if available, one teaspoon blackstrap molasses, one tablespoon black cherry concentrate, one tablespoon powdered nutritional yeast and one tablespoon flaxseed oil. Do not eat anything more till the next meal.
This will help your in reducing unwanted fat which has deposited in the lower abdomen and thus reducing your paunch.
