How can I &lt;strong&gt;lose weight in a week&lt;/strong&gt;? Is is possible to lose 10 pounds in 1 week? Is is &lt;strong&gt;safe to lose weight so fast&lt;/strong&gt;? What diet should I follow and what exercises should I do to keep the weight off, once I lose it.
I have tried doing various things: treadmill brisk walking for 30 minutes each day, Eating oatmeal and fruits for breakfast, drinking a lot more water, a moderate lunch, minimized on fried foods, and stuck with light dinners most of the time. I even cut down on my drinking drastically.
But what happened was, I did lose weight, but I started looking pale and weak. Friends told me I was looking sick and that I should check up with a doctor.
