To make your skin supple and smooth, you will need to moisturize your skin. Drink enough water so that your skin remains well hydrated. Avoid fried food, coffee, tea and soft drinks. They are detrimental to healthy facial skin.
Avoid water based makeup, and instead use cream based makeup. Facial massage will also help to tone your skin and improve blood circulation.
