My skin is so dry and in winter season when I use soap it becomes ragged or my skin gets white spots. Give suggestion and which type of soap and cream I use to cue my dry skin and make it glow.

Skin management regimen in winter
Winter season dries out the skin and makes it itchy and flaky. A slight change in the skin care becomes necessary to keep the skin healthy:
• Ensure that the soap you use has some amount of cream and moisturizer in it. It will prevent your skin from drying out excessively.
• Once a week, scrub your skin, using a gentle scrub. If the skin is not exfoliated regularly, dead cells accumulate. The cream that is applied is absorbed by the dead cells, and do not reach the living cells, making the skin look dull and life less.
• Slather on cream immediately after bath. This keeps the moisture in. moisture twice daily.
Dietary tips:
Ideally, you should drink 3 liters of water to keep the skin hydrated and glowing.
Also, increase the intake of almonds, prunes, and spinach. These foods provide vitamin E, and this vitamin helps nourish the skin.
