Impetigo Skin Condition:
Impetigo is a skin condition that is fairly common and rampant especially among infants and newborns. It is usually characterized by a yellowish crust or slightly raised cake-like skin. - Apply topical antibacterial creams. These are usually effective in combating impetigo. The best time to do this would be after taking a bath.

Prevent Impetigo:
The following are measures on how to prevent the spread of impetigo to other parts of the body and to other individuals.
- Hand washing after treating the affected area
- Using different towels when drying other parts of the area
- Avoid scratching the affected site and then touching other parts of the body
- When applying topical antibacterial, it is best that one should use cotton swabs using aseptic techniques.
- Avoid contact to the affected area as much as possible.
When dealing with impetigo, you need to bear in mind at all times that the overall source of such condition would likely occur if you do not observe proper hygiene. With good hygiene such as taking a bath every day and the taking the precautionary measures as mentioned above. You can avoid further complications and other discomforts you would likely experience when you are infected with the impetigo skin disorder.
