You have reached pubertal age, there will be some bodily changes occurring, black spots are hyper pigmentation of the skin i.e. excessive melanin pigments present in the particular area, specially face, hands and exposed area to the sunlight. Direct sunlight is the cause, as there are ultraviolet rays in sunlight.
Sunscreen can reduce the black spots, so avoid direct sunlight, use of umbrella is useful.
Use of lemon juice is helpful as it contains acid, which can peal the upper skin layer easily. Sliced onion can be rubbed over the black spots. If not removed they can at least lighten it.
