Some women are born with naturally fair complexions, while others are born with darker skin. While there is nothing wrong with having darker complexions, some women still wish to have that fair skin that some of their counterparts have. Some women go so far as to have injections and chemical peels to help them get that fair look they want. However, you can actually lighten your skin tone without doing these.
There are a few tips and suggestions you can use that will not set you back a huge amount of money and that can be done safely at home.
Home Remedies and Natural Treatment for Dark Skin
You can get fair skin from home, and all you need to do is try some of these natural remedies. Aside from keeping yourself out of the sun for prolonged periods of time, there are some home recipes you can make to help give you that fair skin you want. Just choose which one of these you think will work on you best or a combination of what may be effective on your skin and use this regularly to get you that fair complexion you want:
- Depending on your skin type, you can whiten your skin with the use of natural ingredients you can find at home.For oily skinned individuals, you can use a body and facial wash made from cucumber juice and lemon juice. Just squeeze out the juices of these natural whiteners and mix equal parts of these in a bowl. Use this liquid all over you face and body and leave on for a quarter hour. Rinse with clear water. For dry skin, exchange the lemon juice for honey and do the same thing.
- When you want to remove traces of a tan as well as make your skin fairer, you can mix together a tablespoon of honey, a tablespoon of milk powder, half a tablespoon of almond oil, and a tablespoon of lemon. Use this on your face and leave for a quarter of an hour then rinse off. Make larger batches in the same ratio for your body.
- Almonds have been known to promote the creation of fair skin so you can use an almond-based paste to get the fair skin you want. Simply soak a few raw almonds overnight in water. In the morning, drain these and grind them to a fine paste after removing their skin. Add some gram flour, some milk, and some lime juice and apply to your face and your body for that fair complexion you want.
- You can use a mixture of oatmeal, tomato juice, and yogurt in equal parts as a facial and body scrub to whiten your skin. Just rub this mixture on your skin. Leave for fifteen minutes, then rinse off with cool water.

I have a few dark spots between my breasts, it’s nothing cancerous but I have tried lemon juice, cinnamon and honey, and now I am trying turmeric powder mixed with lemon juice if the latter is effective. What consistencies should I use and what other ways are there to remove these dang spots?

You can prevent oily skin by application of tomato juice on your face every day. Apply a sunscreen when you go out and remove it when you return home. Moisturize your skin at night and avoid using makeup. Don’t use any soap. Instead use lemon juice. Apply it on your body and face and after 15 minutes clean it up. Use sandalwood paste to cleanse skin and remove black pores. For pimples use radish juice. Drink a lot of water and exercise daily. For neat skin avoid too much of touching and wash your face at least three times a day with lemon extract and sandalwood mixture. Follow these tips for at least 6 months and you should have beautiful skin.
Give me some tips. I have faced the problems since last 3/4 years. Below my eyes there are some dark areas on my skin on face.
Which cream I can use or give me any natural tips, which I can easily do every day. Should I apply aloevera gel on my face to make it smooth
Peel a potato and grind it well, take the juice and apply over the dark circle around the eyes. Leave it for 15 min before washing it with plain water. Proper sleep for 8 hours will prevent dark circles around the eyes.

You are staying in a region where the climatic conditions are very hot. There may be lot of perspiration, due to this the skin pores get blocked, chances of getting skin infection are high.
Avoid direct sun light, as the ultraviolet rays emitted by direct sun light are more harmful to some people, so you may take an umbrella while going out in sun light or apply sun screen lotion.
