Boil normal tea, then add about 6 pieces of regular peppermint in the hot tea and stir until it melts. Sip on it and try to inhale it at the same time. This works for ages 2 and up.

I suggest peppermint tea. Can I give yogurt and rice? If not, what kind of food is suitable? During wheezing she did not take any food. For immunity can I give her any tonic? Suggest remedies for wheezing and preventive methods.

My child is 4 years old. For the past 2 months she suffered from wheezing. She likes only yogurt rice. This nasal congestion may end up producing lower respiratory tract infection and asthmatic wheezing in the lungs.
Allergens like pollens, chemical fumes, pet hairs, perfumes, smoke of tobacco must be kept away from the child.
To boost the child's immunity, turmeric paste with honey in milk can give good result.
Fruits containing vitamin C, like oranges, lemon juice mixed with honey can be tried. A well balanced diet is advised.
Avoid giving egg, cheese, and starch containing food.

Children have low immunity level. Common cold is a viral infection affecting more often than any other disease hence the name. The signs of common cold are sore throat, and nasal congestion.<br

-	The principal precautionary measure to follow is that, he must avoid consuming refined and processed foods. The additives and preservatives added in them trigger an attack of wheezing / difficult respiration.
-	For a period of 1 month give him 1 tablespoon of honey on rising in the morning and before retiring to bed at night. Honey is a remarkable remedy to treat respiratory troubles.
-	During an attack, roast a few caraway seeds, crush them, and let him inhale the vapors immediately. It will afford instantaneous relief.
-	Let him avoid fried foods, sugary foods, and refined ready to eat food packets.
-	The atmosphere in which he works ought to be free of smoke.
-	I would also recommend homoeopathy to bring about a lasting and permanent cure.

Managing wheezing effectively

-	The principal precautionary measure to follow is that, he must avoid consuming refined and processed foods.
