Question: I have been diagnosed with asthma by one doctor. Other doctor says I have COPD. I am on symbicort 160/4.5 and also use a breathing machine and emergency inhaler. But, I still have a cough that sounds really congested.  I still wheeze when I don’t use treatment. This has been going on for a month. I sometimes have phlegm but not all the time. Why do I still have a bad congestion in my chest?
