Fatherhood Tips in Fifth Pregnancy Month:
Your partner appears relatively calm in the second trimester. But you are tired of coping with her toss, turns and domination of a large portion of the bed. Her snoring has also increased and your sleep pattern is affected. As a solution you can opt for ear plugs; sleep in the guest room or on the couch once in a while to catch up on some lost sleep.
Practice Makes Perfect:
Most birthing centers and hospitals offer manuals on how to take care of your child once you get him home. Books on babies are available at bookstores and even libraries. Prenatal education classes are also popular. This enables you to understand how all the parts are supposed to work.
If you are feeling insecure even with all the information and prenatal classes, then a hands-on experience with a real baby would probably boost your morale.
