Post Pregnancy Weight Reduction | Lose Weight after Pregnancy

Question: I have post pregnancy weight gain of 15 kgs. I am not able to reduce it. Please suggest remedy.

Answer:

How many days has it been post-delivery?
If you’ve had a normal delivery, give your body 20 days before you embark onto hard core exercise. In case of a caesarean section, wait for a period of 40 days before you start. Initially, do not push your body too much.
For one, breast feeding aids weight loss, as with every feed, your body burns 200-300 calories.
