This is great information, as I have suffered from leg aches since I was a child. Our kids even get them! I know I need to start walking and have to get that goal in place. What I use is an all natural cream from Topricin that I love! It really works well and I no longer feel like I have to rely on oral pain meds so much. They even have a junior strength that I rub on my kiddos for their leg aches and also just used it for a bee sting! Thanks for the info…you have inspired me to get walking for sure
