Pregnant and Vomiting a lot. Is it Morning Sickness
I am pregnant with my 2nd child I’m vomiting too much and feel dizzy and
giddy. Is this morning sickness? How can I cure this? Can you please help me
as I’m working I cannot concentrate on my work.

[Q] She asked me to have 2 glasses of milk everyday but I’m not a milk
drinker. Can you suggest any alternatives for milk?
[A] I am not sure why milk was recommended - She may have had something in
mind. please ask her for an alternative - In the meanwhile, do you vomit
mostly dring mornings? When is it more severe?
[A] Any specific timing?
[Q] Yes I vomit mostly in the morning and after having any food
[A] Some of the home remedies you may want to try are: (make sure you talk
to your doctor before trying these as this is a remote chat session)
1. Eat crackers or dry toast in the morning
2. Eat smaller but frequent meals. Do not keep your stomach empty. Drink
small amounts of fluids with your meals.
3. Maintain a Healthy balanced diet of fruits, beans, vegetables, nuts and
grains
4. Stay away from high fat foods and salty food.
5. Increase ginger in your diet. Ginger tea could be good solution for your
vomiting and morning sickness problem, if you are not allergic to it.
6. Make sure your body gets enough rest.
[Q] How about exercises when I am pregnant?
[A] This is something I cannot help you with - as that depends on your
physical condition. You must talk to your doctor about it.
