Brittle hair is a result of our unhealthy lifestyle. The condition of your hair really depends on chemicals such as steroids and thyroid hormones, in addition to the external chemicals and conditioning your hair gets from styling products.

- Use wooden combs instead of plastic combs
- Avoid frequent hair treatments.
- Keep a gap of about 2 months between the treatments.

- Eat a high protein diet, if you do not have any other medical problems. Soya is a good source of protein.
- Consume more cabbage, cauliflower and asparagus as they contain sulphur that makes your hair healthier.

- Light oil massage may help by way of increasing the blood circulation to your scalp.
- Avoid stress, stay healthy and happy and your hair will do just fine!!!
