Curing Dark circles Around my Eyes

[Q] i have dark circles around my eyes
[Q] can you please suggest a remedy?

[Q] I am 27 years.. female and working for a local newspaper

[Health Advisor] Do you get enough sleep? How long have you been facing this
problem? Is this recent?
[Q] yeah..i sleep for 7-8 hours a day. this problem is since 1 year
[Health Advisor] Have you tried any medication to prevent this? Also do you
remember changing any of yor daily routine a year earlier that may have
caused this?
[Q] I’ve been applying garnier undereye gel since 2 months.

i dont see any
improvement
[Health Advisor] Are the circles puffy, swollen?
[Q] No
[Health Advisor] Here are a few things you can try at home:
[Health Advisor] 1. Apply peeled and grated potato overnight for abour 2-3
times a week
[Health Advisor] 2. Place cucumber on your eyes or dip cotton i cucmber
juice and place on the dark circle/eye area
[Health Advisor] 3. Massaging your eye area with almond oil may help relieve
some of the dark circles
[Health Advisor] 4. Increase your intake of water each day
[Health Advisor] 5. Practice Pranayam for about 5-10 minutes each day
[Health Advisor] Try the above remedies and let me know if that helped
[Health Advisor] Do come back o us as we would like to know if these were
effective
