How old are you?
Apart from boils and pimples do you suffer from any other symptoms? Like flushes? Headaches?
Ways to cool your body down:
• Drinking adequate amounts of water is important. Drink a minimum of 3 to 3 ½ liters of water everyday. Water regulates the body temperature effectively.
• Drink plenty of other fluids through the day – coconut water, fresh fruit juices, and buttermilk.
• Include cucumber, beet, and watermelon in to our diet. These are cooling foods and help reduce the heat in the body.
• Avoid aerated beverages and processed juices.
• Stay away from foods that are high in fats and salt.
• Practicing Pranayama will remarkably help lower body temperature. Pranayama slows down the body and normalizes the body’s heat.

You are suffering from heat exhaustion, which is common in summer season, caused due to salt and water depletion because of perspiration resulting in mild to moderate dehydration.
There is dryness of mouth, dryness of tongue, dryness of conjunctiva of the eyes this is the reason of your burning eyes.
Even headache is caused due to salt and water depletion.
Try to drink plenty of water, with salt, sugar, even lemon juice will be helpful.
Try to avoid going out in sunlight.

You have not mentioned about your menstrual cycle, because in early menopause period people can get hot flushes and other abdominal symptoms.
Presuming, your menstrual cycle to be normal, the other factors which dominate your skin and abdominal problem may be due to the body heat.
Summer is the season where the skin looses its elasticity, due to the heat exposure, and mild dehydration super added with perspiration. This results into dry and itchy skin.
To reduce the body heat;
Drink plenty of liquids like coconut water, fruit juices, and butter milk. It will help in combating dehydration.
Smoking should be avoided.
Nuts are heat generating, avoid them.
Eat light food, avoid spicy, and oily food. Fruits containing plenty of liquid , like watermelon can be taken liberally.

Well, for the pimples on your face I do use Panoxyl 5 cream(not the gel). My pimples have gone completely and trust me I am not kidding about it like any commercial ad.
Well, for the pimples on my head too, I have not found a remedy yet in spite of visiting a lot of doctors. But I will recommend an antibiotic named Cefadur-500. It works very well making all the boils on your head disappear but they return if u do not take care of your head.
Please check with your doctor before you try any of these though!

The normal temperature of healthy human beings is said to be 98.6 degrees frn.
It is affected by the metabolic changes occurring in the body. If there is high metabolic rate, higher is the body temperature, lower the body metabolic rate, lower is the normal body temperature
The body temperature is low in the morning, as there is low metabolic rate while getting up from rest. The temperature increases at night, due to the muscular activity the whole day.
Persons experiencing more heat, tend to have pimples, dandruff, tiredness, acidity.
To reduce the internal body heat, follow the simple guideline.
• Drink plenty of liquids, fruit juices, coconut water.
• Eat less at night, and more in the daytime as body requires more source of energy in its regular daytime activities.

My husband is working in very hot and humid temperatures in a helicopter in the southeastern US, long hours. He is drinking a lot of fluids to stay hydrated. No Ac. He is 6 foot, 150 lbs so no extra fat to absorb or mediate the heat. What can he take internally (special drink, diet, herbs, etc?) to combat the heat and prevent exhaustion and loss of vital body minerals, etc. Thanks!

This internal heat thing, does it have any thing to do with sex. I mean does it affect production of sperm. Does it cause infertility?

My husband suddenly gets small boils and red-rashes on this face, chest, back, arms and legs. I know he has nut allergy and hence I don’t use any nuts at home. The timing is odd. He usually gets it in the evenings, right after he has come from gym, maybe around 8 or 9 pm. I use olive oil. He usually has wheat bread for dinner. Would this be the reason? It reduces after about 3 to 4 hours. I give him tamarind, orange juice, butter-milk and he takes a lukewarm shower. What other remedies can you suggest? Can he take any antihistamines ?
