      Have you tried eating bananas, almond and dates? If not, then try them. Eat at least 4 bananas in a day. Also eat soy product and drink a glass full of milk two times in a day.

      Gaining weight is not a difficult task. Lifestyle changes can give impressive results. To increase your weight you have to increase calorie input. Eat three large meals and 2 snacks in a day. Drink protein shakes, milk, and fresh fruit juices. Avoid colas. Eat cheese, potatoes, carrots, and foods that contain more carbohydrate. Eat 6 bananas in a day. Dried fruits also help in increasing weight. Start weight training exercise.
