- The seed of a date rubbed with water can also be applied over eyes for beneficial results.
- Palming removes strain and provides relaxation to eyes. Sit comfortably in an armchair and relax with eyes closed. Cover right eyes with right palm and vice versa. Imagine blackness that grows darker and darker.
- Proper diet and good hygiene helps prevent stye.
- Avoid meat, strong tea and coffee, starchy and sugary foods, condiments and excess salt.
