My problem is I have this constant runny and sneezing and starting of itchy throat that’s been around for almost 15yrs
I would like to know how to cure this problem or what I can do to make it bearable. I tried nasal sprays for awhile and they do work but after awhile it became ineffective.
I tried over the counter products, and I do every other day neti pot rinse and that seems to dry my sinuses, I switched to inhaling steam and its seems to work temporary as well then i continue to sneeze and runny nose starts all over again. I am willing to try anything to cure this problem if any suggestion or things I can do it would be greatly appreciated.
